Do you know that rats are actually a delicacy in parts of africa and people prefer rats to chicken? The organisation just uses the western culinary bias to get money from people to save the poor in Africa! I mean there are poor people there but please present things as they are, "the truth"!

world vision uses many ads showing a boy carrying rats and they say it's because of poverty! However i saw a National geographic program which showed that rats were a delicacy. Some africans from that part of africa living in america were also interview and they said they love to eat those and actually prefer them to chicken!

I'm starting to wonder how much money has been raised for Africa, and how much actually got there. You would think all the Bono events alone would be enough for SOMETHING.

Not all organisations use those photos ( some are actually stock photos that they rent) Some organisations put most of their money into helping the people and will show you their accounts to prove it ( the Salvation Army is one) They just don't do all that advertising they just go do the job.

Those are peoples or priests/ pastors wearing white robes but inside are dead man's bones. They are called by THE LORD JESUS CHRIST as the servant -hireling who runs away when the wolf comes and allowed the sheep to be scattered and killed. But the true shepherd is the one who gives up his life when the wolf comes for the sake of the sheep which means that they are not materialistic or schemers for money. They are eating baby back rat because the "charity groups" are actually fabulously well-to-do, thanks to their brilliant fund raising strategy.
