No it doesn't because coffee is a diuretic which actually reduces the amount of water in the body. You still need those 8 glasses of water a day to stay healthy and hydrated, especially in the summer months.

NO, it is NOT considered as one. This being coffee has coffee, and as in many sugar as well as milk or cream. Water on the other hand is pure so to speak. It is better for the body as it helps cleanse the body.

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
http://www.newlproject.info and order you free trial, also you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling. Good luck!

no. coffee contains caffeine which is a diuretic--it makes you lose water before it is absorbed into your bloodstream, thus it dehydrates you rather than hydrates. to be safe, drink at least 2x as much water as coffee.

According to my masseuse, you have to drink two cups of water for every cup of coffee you drink.
