I have some wine that a family friend is holding in Italy for us. Mail Boxes Etc will ship it, but is only able to send it to a wine importer in the U.S.

Your in luck. Good friends of mine opened this place below a few summers back, and though they mostly serve french, they have a decent flow of italian wines at their restaurant as well.

Call or e-mail them, tell them you were referred by a friend who flies a helicopter, and they will be sure to help you.

I'll phone them, and let them know you will be reaching out to them, after you give me the ten points so I know you are for real.... :) Kidding, I'll call them in the morning, and let them know.

their place is called Saint Clair's Bistro--but it really is a wine restauarant that serves very nice food that supports the wine, instead of the other way around. Their link is below, and since they have a liquor license, they can accept this delivery for you.

God created the "Yellow Pages" for just this kind of situation. Go to the section on wine importers.

Also, you could ask your favorite liquor store owner where he or she gets the wine for their shop.

If you're really lazy, see below.

I would suggest checking the phone book or using an internet search.
