when i woke up this morning and looked up at the ceiling, it looked like it was spinning, and as i try to get out of bed, it was hard to walk & to stay on my feet. feel dizzy at times like i'm about to passed out, also feel nausea.
this last week, wednesday thru most of friday i think i may have had a stomach virus & had bad case of diarrhea.
saturday & sunday i felt better only a little weak.
any ideas what this may be?

Sounds like dehydration to me. Drink more fluids, gatorade can add to your diarhea so stick with water and real fruit juices with low sugar. Try taking multi-vitamins as well. Get some rest too, the stomach flu sucks.

You have the summer flu that is going around it last about 5 days with the all the wonderful feelings you have described. Drink lots of water.

You might have lost sodium and potassium from your body due to diarrhea. You just take a glass of water and put a pinch of salt and two spoons of sugar and drink. Take a simple meal like DALL and RICE.
you will be alright.

The dizzyness could be from slight dehydration. If you've been vomitting and not drinking enough water you're probably slightly dehydrated.
