With a little milk or cream, sometimes with sugar, and sometimes I "spike" it with a little Kahlua or "Mudslide", or something like that. It also depends on what kind of coffee - if its just the basic brew at home, just a little milk. If its something special at a fancy place then perhaps nothing, or maybe a little creamer, or a flavored creamer. I'm making coffee right now... want some?

I drink my coffee black. The only exception is iced coffee, which I like with a little milk and sugar.

No sugar ever. Without milk never.
The best for me: strong espresso made from milder type of coffee beans, with cold milk

Black. It's like like putting steak sauce on a steak.......why ruin a perfectly good thing by covering it up :)
