"K. S. RAMAKRISHNA RAO, an Indian Professor of Philosophy in his booklet, ("Muhammad, The Prophet of Islam,") calls him the

"Perfect model for human life."

Prof. Ramakrishna Rao explains his point by saying:

"The personality of Muhammad, it is most difficult to get into the whole truth of it. Only a glimpse of it I can catch. What a dramatic succession of picturesque scenes! There is Muhammad, the Prophet. There is Muhammad, the Warrior; Muhammad, the Businessman; Muhammad, the Statesman; Muhammad, the Orator; Muhammad, the Reformer; Muhammad, the Refuge of Orphans; Muhammad, the Protector of Slaves; Muhammad, the Emancipator of Women; Muhammad, the Judge; Muhammad, the Saint. All in all these magnificent roles, in all these departments of human activities, he is alike a hero.""

Muhammed is a great role model of how to live life. He was actually a profound leader. Not at all a bad guy. But those who kill in his name are idiots. Much like the Christians who kill in God's name. Don't these people realize these spiritual entities would rather us live in harmony.

I always respect those accomplish their goals no matter how tough they were and no matter how many obstacles are in his way. Muhammad (PBUH) was able to complete his mission and the results are shown everyday in the way Muslims love their religion and follow it as it was followed by those before them. Unity is the main characteristic of Islam.

Prof. Rao is just another appeaser from the secular left thinktank of JNU India who has distorted history. All these people like to blow sunshine up the muslim's ****! They are hired writers with no intellectual integrity who sell their art to the muslims!

Interesting, especially if, going by his name, Prof. Ramakrishna is non-muslim. Though Buddha also inspires many to live life as he did ... i.e. striving to attain perfection.

I have never heard of him, which really doesn't mean much. I will say you would be better served to read a wide variety of philosophers rather than picking and choosing those who think Mohamed was the best thing since pie. Learn to think critically. It will serve you well.

I am not Christian but I think Jesus Christ is still a better role model than Mohammad any day.

I think, like all philosophers, he has gotten lost in his subject... however, being that I respect the teachings of Muhammad, I cannot disagree too much with that.

I think this guy is missing a few marbles.

I'm a very liberal person, but even at my most understanding, I would never call Mohammad a hero.
