Dont go out and buy anything expensive.
First: Purchase a mild Shampoo (To Clarify hair, I will explain why)
Second: TRIM your hair ends (May 1 1/2 to 2 inches)
Third: Here's the magic part: Mix olive oil, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil and a "little" honey, (honey u will have to heat so it can blend). Either leave on ALL day or all night (if all nite, DONT use honey)
Repeat this 3-4 times a week, your hair will grow like a weed & remove all frizz I promise,..... and it will be super shiny!!!!
The clairifying shampoo will help take the oil off your hair when u shower
You can find olive oil anywere, but the other oils you will have to buy at a local organics store, wholes foods or BJ's health corner.

First you will need a cut/trim to get rid of split ends.
Then when mine was a complete mess last year I used Aussie Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner when I washed my hair normally and then Aussie's 3 minute miracle conditioner or Dove's Intense repair conditioner a couple of times a week to help it along!
Also stop using styling irons or hairdryers if possible for a while to allow your hair to recover and don't use hair dyes for a while for the same reason. If you do carry on with hair dryers/irons then use a protective serum like Tresemme Heat Protection and Pantene does something similar which works just as well!
If you are going to be out in the sun a lot then try and find a good leave in conditioner which should help prevent further damage!

Balsam is NOT good for your hair. It's made from a tree. Trees don't do a whole lot of good for our hair. It weakens hair, making it easier to stretch to the breaking point.
I recommend you use Nexus products. They are available in salons. The salon where you buy it can tell which products to use for your hair. These are the best products made.

Just go to a proffessional hair salon, and ask them.
Most of the time they'll have some sales and stuff.
They should be able to help you out.
There's all kinda of stuff for damaged hair out there.

If it is that damaged I would suggest a hair cut and start again.Split ends cannot be repaired so if you have a lot of them, cut them off.
