Well, if you really are a diva, then you can afford to treat this problem.
To actually stop the hair from growing you will need a permanent hair removal treatment. One type is Lazar removal. It's done by cosmetic surgeons. The second type is electrolysis, done by a trained electrologist. These two types are fairly common, and can be painful, depending on your pain threshold.
The third type is rarely seen, but not painful. It's called the Electronic Tweezer method,
All are effective, though most hair will have to be redone a few times to be permanent. The treated hair will come back lighter in color, and thinner in diameter of the hair, so you can stop before all the hair is dead. Some are likely to be gone from the first treatment.

All of these are expensive!

Took me many years to figure out something that really works and is so easy, cheap and fast. I tried IPL, tumeric, papain powder and probably a dozen other things before I figured this out. Read all and understand before you try this yourself.

Mix 5% citric acid, 10% glycerine and 85% water (can substitute witch hazel or *aloe for water) I used aloe for the skin benefits. *You can get a gallon of aloe at a *mart store for about 7 dollars and its 99% pure. I measured 10 lines and scribed on the side of a 4 oz misting bottle. 10% is equal to 1 line, 5% is half way. Add the citric acid to water in the bottle at a line to get an accurate percentage.

Use the misting bottle (shake well) and spray on and rub in after epilitating or plucking. 2x a day for a week and then once a day until you epilitate again.

Use with caution and adjust accordingly. The citric acid can burn on the sweat spots so use less. Legs and body I use 10% because it doesn t burn me. If you find it s too sticky feeling use less glycerine. This is also a strong deoderant which is a bonus. Even when it burns and you wipe it off with a wet towel it is still a good deoderant. Can still burn for a while though, wash it off and if still wet it will burn bad if reapplied, USE CAUTION!!!!
Try again 12 hours later. This stuff works, so for me the stupid mistakes were worth it.

In about 1 month you will see a huge difference, hairs will be turning colorless and thinner almost like they are getting real old. Keep with this until you are satisfied with the results. Mattering on the area and amount of hairs usually about 3-5 months for finer areas and longer for heavy coarse spots. Believe it or not the results are permanent so be sure this is what you want!

I have no skin in the game just did a ton of research time and a lot of self testing and reverse engineering. Nothing can be patented with the above, just that there is nothing out there that really works except this and someone should put this out there.

Let me know how this works for you, I no longer need to do this for hair inhibitors.

To stop it growing will involve changing your hormonal balance and that's not at all easy and may not have the desired effect anyway,

Facial (and also body) hair on women comes about in the same way as on men because of

1) your body being sensitized, before you were even born, to testosterone -- doesn't happen to all girls, but does to many

2) your body producing high levels of testosterone

The growth rate and coarseness of the hair depends on just how much testosterone is circulating in your bloodstream.

Steer clear of bleaching -- when someone sees you against the light you'll look as if you have a glowing moustache and/or beard.

As far as removing it is concerned it's worth remembering that

* Waxing, plucking, threading, epilating all pull the hair out by the roots and where the growth is hormonally-driven can actually stimulate a dormant follicle into producing more hair quicker. They also distort the root if done repeatedly, leading to hair growing at strange angles. And you've got to let the hair grow to quite a length before you can repeat the exercise. It can also damage the skin and discolor it. Long-term use of waxing also causes bad wrinkles.

* Chemical depilatories strong enough to remove the hair are very likely to burn the skin, cause swelling and cause long-term discoloration of the skin.

* Laser is also liable to cause burning and discoloration and in any case only works effectively on a dark hair/light skin combinantion.

* Electrolysis is very liable to cause scarring and discoloration of the skin.

Which, like it or not, leaves shaving which does not damage the skin. Best done with a men's-style electric razor, the best of which, for women, are probably those from the men's range of Norelco razors (Philishave outside the US). Most women who try a men's Norelco wonder why nobody ever told them about it before.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aOeyp While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

I prefer hair which is shoulder length or longer, And also since that men who like ladies are more often then not straight, they like long hair because that looks more feminine, as most guys have short hair.

pluck or wax! It does a little bit of damage to the folicle making the return of said hair take that much longer! Pluck one side & wax the other to see what works best for you!
