I do not believe in Hell. But that is just my personal belief.
I think that people who suffer from diseases as you described, are already living in hell, and perhaps ending their life seemed to be their only reprieve.
It is also my thought that i am not responsible for my disease, but i am responsible for my recovery. Once the problem is identified, then you can begin working on a solution.

The question makes perfect sense. Only God can answer this question regarding individuals. But as a guide, Jesus specifically healed an epileptic and cast demons out of a demon posessed man. Now I think he did this to help us understand there are differences of cause to similar action. He certainly did not appropriate any guilt to the epileptic nor did he to the blind man he healed outside the temple. Neither are we told did he spend any time with really evil people. The treatment he gave to the prostitutes and barflys and the woman taken in adultery prove his love for sinners but his wrath was not spared towars the Pharisees (religious bigots) lawyers, or money changers in the temple.
Some people give themselves over to evil thoughts and become mass murderes. These I think we can safely say volunteered to go to hell. Read Romans 8, that will clear this up. But there are many categories of people who are just in a space we can't understand. God will deal with them as he alone can read a mans heart. But don't allow modern philosophy to fool you into thinking mental illness is an excuse for evil.
The earth is already the insane asylum of the universe. it is Christ alone who can heal us, all of us from this sin which is a form of mental illness. But just because it is a form of mental illness does not mean it is therefore exempt from either punishment or forgiveness.

Just because these conditions exist (like addiction and sociopathology) should show you that there is no god because if there was, why would he force people to suffer like that? So, no, you will not go to hell if you suffer from some psychological deformity. Because there is no hell.

Waitaminit....
You imply that those with mental disorders are automatically inclined to do "evil" and are completely incapable of preventing themselves from doing said evil.
As one of those sufferers (depressive) I know that anything I do -- just like (GASP) everyone else -- I am responsible for.
I have a disease. I know I have this disease. It is my responsibility to continue therapy and medication in order to function and be productive in society. If I fail to do so, anything I do because of my disease is still MY FAULT.
Would an epileptic or diabetic who had a car accident and killed someone be excused because of the disease? No.
'Nuff said.

Of course not. The ultimate price for sin is death itself. There is no Hell. God is called the perfect judge, so I can safetly say that he will not hold them accountable as he would someone who could control his or her actions.

if hell ='s the common grave.
then death ='s wages of sin's (thus sins are paid for).
then Gods voice will call them to rise from the grave in perfect flesh (sin free). to live in judgment.(our to be watched to see which life style they choose.)
then the burning is mentioned for those who chose to be disorderly.
