i have a 1998 ford ka + under the bonnet there is a black cap witha red circle on it! wha do i fill this wit?

The cap also has a red triangle with an exclamation mark on it! pleaseeeee help if you know what to fill it with

We had a Ka until recently, but I don't remember this particular cap. Could be brake fluid, but check ur handbook, or, if u don't have one, take it to a Ford dealer & ask. Most of the things u had to fill on ours were painted yellow. Sorry not to be more specific, but hope this helps.
