MP stands for military police and RP stands for regimental police. They can be attached to various units in SAF (Singapore Armed Forces) including those that are on protection of installations (POI). I would consider the names of units that are on POI duties as restricted information in the military and should not be made known to public.

The Singapore Armed Forces (abbreviation: SAF, Malay: Angkatan Bersenjata Singapura, Simplified Chinese: comprises three branches: the Singapore Army, the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) and the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN). The SAF is formed largely out of conscripted soldiers and reserve forces. It is capable of mobilising over 300,000 reserves and has an active force of 50,000 for the defence of Singapore.
