WIDTH = Too small can be uncomfortable for her and then blood is leaking.
Too big is....... too damn big. Then the man isnt hitting her walls & she's not feeling anything.

Large or small vaginas are as tight as drums if they are dry. Size does not matter to me--it was not a factor. Her wetness as the key.

Well, I'd say the relative size has something to do with the object that's entering the opening...if you're wielding a needle, a thimble looks like the Batcave; if you've got a sledgehammer, an ant looks mighty small!!!
But then, nobody wants to handle those beef flaps...yuck!

well if I heard a echo ...I would be very worried ....lol....lol, look most start of tight but after a while they all loosen up a little and even more so after having kids , but if its to loose try a different position it sometimes makes it tighter
