Pacman's worst defeat came from a lady named Darlene Antonino Custudio, They were equal in popularity but Darlene's political intelligence was a big mismatch. Damned those politicians for urging Manny into politics and i think it will greatly affect in his future fights.

I think if they laced up some gloves and stepped into a ring, Manny could take her, but the distraction of a political campaign can do nothing but detract from and hurt Manny's boxing career. I hope he got politics out of his system, the blogbaba considers politics a bigger sewer than boxing. Sometimes when you lose, you really win, and sometimes when you win you really lose. I think Manny losing that election was the best thing that ever happened to him. Now he can concentrate on his family, and his boxing career.

Nothing is more corrupt than politics, it was for the best that Manny lost that election. Manny was too honorable to be an elected official, he would have had to sacrifice his integrity to succeed in politics. In losing he retained his honor and integrity. Unfortunately I agree with you, it will have a negative effect on his boxing. Whether he can regain the stature he once held is a question only the future will answer.

I think that if Manny can turn the negative into a positive, his political debacle can do good things for his career. First of all it will teach him not to underestimate his opponent. That he has to train just as hard whether he's facing a Morales or a Jorge Solis. Secondly, it is reported that he spent around P140 million for his campaign and much of that money went to the pockets of his so-called friends and advisers. Now, he has to refocus on his boxing career, on landing big money fights to recover his losses. That would bring back his concentration for boxing.

Will affect for the better.
He will be inspired after losing US$2 million in the election.
His political career is different from his career in the ring and sports fans are smart enough to know that.
