Genesis shows us how man was created in God's image having a flesh and spirit and these make up a living soul. God made man like himslef having more than one part above the animals we also have an eternal spirit. God is perfect and man is not...we are not perfect like God but we do have an eternal spirit.

He gives you the image of perfection, how you mess that up is by your choices. People must learn to blame their own choices instead of God's creation.

The sentence that we are made in G-d's image ("b'tzelem elokim" in the original Hebrew) means that our soul ("neshama") mades us the living beings closer to Him:
"And God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them." (Gen. 1, 27
But while the Creator has no faults, our free will combined with our animal part allows us to fail time and time again.

No. God is perfect in everything. We sometimes get our "messed-up" images from the genes, chromosomes, the different breeds and cross-breeds of our ancestors.

we are made at god's image in every aspect. we were perfect until adam and eve sinned. that means we are unperfect and subseptible to sin. but god is perfect so no he is not corrupted by sin like us humans because we have the curse of original sin which will be lifted when he comes on the rapature of the church for the people who believed

Nope, humans got messed up because we give year to the devil more than we do to God. By doing this, we just trade in our authority and peace of mind for the nonsence that the devil so generously dishes out.

no we're made in his image. they are talking about celestrial. man its not the body. we're close to resemble him in that but the soul is the same and when the end comes we'll beable to see him and be rejoicing. if you are mess its because you have brain and can pick and choose.

No, just because God created us doesn't mean that he is like us. We Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit of Eden and doomed the rest of us to be sinners. They were tempted by the snake and it literally came back and bit them is the A$$es!
