I'm wondering if the above holster can hold desert eagles. If you don't know which holster it is, it can be found on amazon.com and shortyusa.com. On shortyusa.com, it's called UTG Tactical Black Shoulder Holster Rig With Mag Pouch and is on page 5 under accessories.

Whether it would fit the holster is not the main problem. The object is concealment, and a pistol that large , horizontal, would make you look deformed on one side, unless you are a very large fellow. Save the horizontals, for small to medium sizes.

If you are talking about the big Desert Eagles, .44 mags and others. Then, no. I think the largest it will hold is the 1911 and big Beretta's.

Might check the Uncle Mike shoulder holster out.

DE's are made for target shooting, not holster carry.

There's nothing you can do with a DE in a holster that isn't done better with a shotgun or a rifle equipped with a sling.

If you're really possessed to hunt with a DE, get a 14 inch barrel, a scope, and a sling for it.
