How will the Nismo Universal Fuel Pressure Regulator benefit my Nissan Sentra 1.8 S?

It will give faster fuel pressure rise time and you will not notice any difference unless you have a problem with fuel delevery. Spend money on exhaust and intake mods first some new spark plugs.

if that is all you do to it, not much.
you need that sort of thing when you replace the entire fuel system, because you have tricked things out to the point that the stock fuel system can no keep up, and if you have done that, you would not be asking this question, so
I recommend leaving the stock one in place, unless it is broken.

It will have no benefit. An adjustable regulator can be useful if you change injector flow rates and you pulse width is incorrect.
