Actually that is not true the Indian languages were spoken far ahead of the Spanish languages. But then the spanish speakers waged war in the 1800's and were soundly kicked out of the United States of America and in return for their injustice to this great nation handed over the south western region of the United States.

Don't be stupid,the whole world is speaking English anymore. Why would you want to live in your own little world of only Spanish speakers? Even in Spain they speak English.The language of North American Indians was probably the first language in North America. If you won't go,then you should at least not stand out like a sore thumb.

Who gives a crap about what language was spoken first! With that logic, we should all speak Latin. That is what most of our languages are based on.

I dont care who spoke what, when, or where. We speak English, in America, NOW! And we will continue to do so.
Try my best, if a man cant take care of his family, then maybe he and his wife need to practice self control, and not pop out eight kids. He should wait, apply for citizenship. Do his best at getting an education or a job trade. Before you know it the time has passed and he can immigrate here! He'll actually be able to contribute to society and NOT be a detriment! What a concept!!!

actually it was the native Americans first. and yes illegals will go when it comes time to start really deporting. and one more thing, American civilization is older then mexicos. it really wasn't the Spaniards that discovered America and mexico, it was an Italian man who used the hell out of Spain. you go a bone to pick? pick it with Spain, they left mexico hanging dry.

You say that the treaty was forced on Mexico right? Well that means you lost the war, which means you lost all rights to have a say in anything that goes on in this country!!!!!!

Maybe you won't go on your own, but the American people are tired of your freeloading! When we pass and enforce laws that
1. Stop the "anchor" baby policy
2. Fine and jail employers of illegals
3. Stop ALL welfare benefits
4. Stop all free health care
5. Stop renting homes, apartments, etc to illegals
6. Stop giving driver licenses to illegals
What will you do with your mighty empire then? Can't work, can't eat, can't get freebies, can't rent a place to live, you'll go home for sure!
