Do you lose fat uniformly or do different cardio workouts aim at different places? IE: Swimming vs. Running vs. Biking

cardio is the only fat burning exercise - you lose fat evenly from all parts of your body - you see it first on face because it has the thinnest layer of fat and you see it last on places with thickest layer of fat -in your cases belly.
it doesn't matter what kind of cardio you do - the more you mix them up the faster you will lose weight because you dont want your body to get used to one thing - it will learn to save energy - so keep it guessing.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.freelstore.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost 2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question star for you and goodluck !

you can't spot reduce fat stores. genetics determines where on the body fatty acids are metabolized first and last. the types of exercise performed have no effect on that.

ultimately the diet determines the rate of fat loss. the healthier the diet the faster you will see results from training
