i do exercise with a gym rope by raising my hands and legs up simultaneously.... basically to reduce my tummy...
Now does this exercise reduce fat from my boobs too?..
please let me know....

to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost 2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question star for you and goodluck !

Well, body fat sorta comes off in the opposite order that you put it on...which is a little different for everyone. (You can't spot reduce fat by performing "toning" exercises by the way.) An over-all reduction in body fat by following a program that includes resistance training, cardio, and a healthy diet will cause your body to shed fat all over your body, starting in that certain order that I mentioned earlier. You CAN sort of do some chest exercises for SOME tone and lift, but unfortunately breast tissue is mostly fat- and you can't really "tone" fat.

pectoral muscles when exercised gives the bust toner look, that might make them look smaller. i avoid too many jumping cardios but the exercise you are doing should not really reduce the fat, hmm want to take look for more stomach reducing exercises..here these are very good abdominal exercises....

you need to strengthen the muscle in the chest (pectorals) and the shoulders and push ups can accomplish that
