I hate my baby fat and people keep saying I am fat(which I am not)just by looking at my fat face.
How do I get rid of it?

most ppl say baby fat will go away in teenage years.i am 20 and still my baby fat is still here..

hate to break the news to you but if you are 20 years old it ain't "baby fat"... the only way to reduce the fat in your face is by reducing your current body fat %

Well, if you're still a teenager, you're probably definitely still have some puffiness to lose. I think I got my adult body at 16 or 17, but I also hit puberty waaaay early... at like, 8. I think some girls keep it into their early 20s.

It definitely changed a lot! My weight stayed the same, but my face thinned out and the rest of me just generally smoothed out. A very nice change :)

Good luck! I swear, just growing older makes a big difference. And I bet your face really isn't fat - I wish people hadn't said those things to you, because a few stupid comments can sure ruin how you see yourself :( Best to you!
