eat healthy foods. eat food in small portions, a portion is usually two hand fulls all together. to tone up do lots of little weights. ex. leg curls 3 sets of 15. this shouldn't be too hard, if so take off some weight. go for a slight jog before u work out to get your muscles warmed up and ready to use. cold muscles don't work as hard as warmed muscles. the more warmed up u are the less stress u will feel on your body and the more fat u will burn. But the key part to losing weight is to eat. the healthier your diet the more energy u consume. if u are eating the right things you'll burn off excess weight even when u are relaxing but u have to maintain a steady workout regime or everything you worked for becomes flabby. so the list is 1. diet, 2. exercise, 3.consistency.

You don't need to lose weight, but you should tone up. Start by walking half an hour every day to firm your legs. Then do some light weightlifting, some crunches and pushups to tone your arms. Keep the reps high, at least 12 with the weights before you can't do anymore, and you'll tone up pretty quickly.

Don't lose any weight! I'm 5'4" too, and we shouldn't weigh less than about 122-125. I weigh 129 and I wear a size 4.
Weight train - that will help you put on more lean muscle, which will help burn fat and give you a better muscle/fat ratio. You'll look better and slimmer without making yourself sick from getting too thin. You might actually GAIN weight, but nobody would know, because you might wind up in a smaller clothing size. Weight does not matter - just health.

Your weight is not too high, you are quite tall. Just keep yourself healthy by exercising. Cycling and swimming are the best exercises to tone your body. If you can do some skipping with a heavy rope. Go for long walks.
I am sure you will enjoy these exercises.

How much time do you have, do you want to use weights, calisthenics, bands, etc? It would help to know a few factors. I would definitely add some resistance training because it really gives a girl shape.
