Alright I have about 8kgs to lose. If i ate:
Breakfast: Low fat yoguhurt with a bowl of bran and oats
Recess: Fruit
Lunch: Tuna/salad sandwhich with multigrain bread
Afternoon snack: Fruit or yoghurt
Dinner: Meat and vegetables
After snack: Fruit
Replaced all drinks with water

Excercised: Before breakfast and ran for an hour
Went for an hour bike ride during the day
And went for a 45 minute walk in the afternoon

Would i lose the weight say in a minimum of 5 weeks???
Whats your opinions???

You probably would but you might also gain it back quickly as soon as you stopped. One hour a day of exercise is enough. Mix up the running, biking and walking and take off one day a week from exercise so your body can recover. Add in a salad and only eat about 4-6 oz of meat a day. I'd also do some weight lifting, like maybe some pushups and sit-ups so you keep your muscle tone.
