God has probably blessed you in many other ways that I do not know about.

Why do you assume you have been "blessed" by anything?
you are 1 of about 7 billion, what makes you think you are better off than everyone else? if you think you are "blessed", what happend to all those people who were born into less than ideal circumstances? why weren't they blessed? what was their crime? they were cursed before they were born , why? why does your god "bless" most with normalcy, and curse a few with horrible handicaps? seems like your "god" is somewhat capricious
