Your green vegetables are going to contain the most iron. The darker the green the better. There is also something you can buy at Wal-Mart or any drugstore called SSS Tonic. It isn't the tastiest stuff, but it is IRON at its best. Good luck and God bless.

darker green vegetables probalby. whenever you eat something with iron you should eat something high in vitamin c with it such as strawberries or an orange because it helps your body to absorb more of the iron.
