A good breakfast to me would be a fat free yoplait yogurt (any flavor) and if you like coffee as much coffee as you want. i eat this everyday for my breakfast and its low carb low fat and gives energy throughout the day. hope this helped!

Make an egg white omelet. It will be better if you add some veggies...........
You should cook the egg with the spray oil so that you can avoid extra fat intake from pouring oil onto a pan........

not quite sure what your goals are but if that's how you start your day out I wouldn't expect to accomplish much. no fat and no carbs leaves only protein. protein is a poor source of energy.
