Most aux jacks dont play in stereo,only on one speaker why.

All auxiliary jacks play in stereo when they're working properly. If you have one that only plays on one side, then you have a defective jack, a defective cable, or you're using a mono cable when you need a stereo cable.

Probably the cable you are using is a mono one. If there are only one black strip in the metal connector, then the cable is mono, is there are more, then is a stereo and is probably defective.

that happened to me too, my problem was that the headphone jack on my mp3 player was defective and only played on one side, try using something you know works, and see if that was your problem.
