On a military DITY move, how much per 100 pounds, do you recieve for a distance of 550 miles? Daytona, FL, to Biloxy, MS. I can't find the info anywhere. Please provide a link to a chart if possible.

That's not how reimbursement for DITY moves are paid.
If you DITY move, they will pay 90% of what a commercial mover under contract would charge to move your stuff.
Common carriers base thier charges on weight and volume.
Your base transportation moving office could give you a quick estimate of the acceptable moving charges for your stuff.
With that short a distance.
If you do not have children., you would make money on a dity move. You could probally just drive straight thru. So you could get away with a three day rental. ( say one pack, day two drive, day three unpack).
If you have children, you would probally have to stop,.so it would take 4 days to move and unpack.
If your single and living in the barracks, you probally wouldn't make any money, or so little, that it just wouldn't be worth it.

that isn't how it's done. the military pays you up to 90% of what it would have cost THEM to hire a company to move you. each paygrade has a weight allowance, based on with pr without Dependents.
you get MALT for each car being driven, I think the rate is like 17 cents a mile, plus per diem for each family member( SM gets 100% of the amount, spouse 75% and all children 50%) the max per diem is $99/day
if you don't have a lot of stuff, it is possible to make money on the deal.

There are no links or chart as the rate changes too often. I just moved about about 1000 miles and I got about a dollar per lb. I'd estimate somewhere around 75 cents a lb, in your case.
