Does anyone here like Art Nouvea? If so, is it a good thing that poeple(educated adults) tell me that I look like some Art Nouveu paintings?

Oh yeah it is a good thing.

In Art Nouveau woman have an exceptional sensual and dreamy quality to them.

It's a compliment. Art nouveau means "new art". It's very graceful and sleek. Google Erte, who made some beautiful statues of women.
