I think French and Spanish are the most romantic, perhaps not the sexiest. English is as sexy as languages come. Gutteral languages are sexy, but a little hard. French and Spanish are a little soft to be really sexy. English is a good intermediate..romantic and sexy.

Hm...actually English isn't bad. All British (Irish, Scottish, English) accents are impeccably swoon-worthy.

As for more foreign languages, I have to agree that Russian and French, perhaps even Italian are the sexiest.

And of course I suppose it would all come down to what the person is saying... :)

French. It is soft, elegant, soothing and melodious. It is sexy even if you understand all the words. The French have a way with words.

German is quite lovely....depending on what accentation you use. East German dialect tends to be harsh (As in Till Lindemann of the band Rammstein)
West German (As in German songstress Nena) sounds sexy.

Though Latin...the DEAD language of love...is by far the hottest, I must say.

I agree, French and Spanish. They flow so well, and sound so musical. Almost a purr...

Accent has more to do with it. You haven't lived until you've heard Russian in a Scottish accent.
