Any time you stand up too fast you can get light headed. Try to get up slowly. Sit up for a while before standing up.
Your blood sugar might also be low in the mornings. Try to have some juice as soon as you get out of bed.
See your doctor if it persists, it could be something as simple as an inner ear problem that needs a round of antibiotics. Anything going on with your ears can affect your balance and make you feel dizzy.

It could be hypoglycemia. Make an appointment with your doc first thing Monday morning. In the mean time be sure to eat 3 healthy meals every day and a high protein snack between each meal and at bedtime to help keep your blood sugar more level. Do see your doc to find out for sure what is going on.

it definitly sounds like low blood sugar. I had this when I was young and had to always keep hard candy on me. As soon as you feel funny, suck on the candy to avoid passing out, dizziness, etc. I was diagnosed by a doctor and that is definitly something you need to have done asap. Passing out can be very dangerous in the wrong spot (hitting your head, while driving, etc), so do not put this off! Good luck, I hope you are back to normal vey quickly!!!

This used to happen to me before, it was anemia, which is low iron. You really need to get that checked out, because it can cause leukemia if left unattended, and I know a girl that died from it within 2 months of finding out about it. Another sign is if you are addicted to ice and tired a lot. Make an appointment w/your doc asap and if it is anemia find a rich in iron diet and take the iron pills he prescribes, it will make you feel 100% better.

How long has this been going on. Any chance you may be pregnant? If not you should consider seeing a doctor you could be severly anemic or diabetic or have some other type of neurological problem.

Okay obviously you're not getting enough nutrition. Eat! Also, drink 8-10 glasses water a day. This is more important than you think.
