The hardest aspect? Well, if you read many of the questions in this section, and their answers, you know the hardest part for me. People who have never met me, or sat and talk to me hate me. They put me down, say I am stupid, unable to think for myself. That I am brainwashed. It hurts. And usually, these are the people who say that they're in no way prejudice. Personally, that's the hardest part to take. It's hard for me when people hate me.
What else is hard is when people I love refuse to listen. That's really hard. I want to see them in heaven with me, and the thought of them not going, well, that just breaks my heart. Especially with my father, who is very sick.
For the most part though, I am happier than I have ever been. I know that Jesus never promised us an easy life if we choose to follow Him. Just the opposite. He said "Pick up your cross and follow me." He told us that the world would hate us, but that it first hated Him. But you know what? That's okay, because there is so much more to our lives than what's here on Earth. And compared to what happened to Jesus, my life is a cake walk. So I wouldn't trade any of it.

I would have to say seeing the world change before my eyes from the way I knew it. People seem so occupied with material wealth and pleasure. This shows up on our airways and entices those weak in the faith. Then you have some televangelists speak half-truths and don't represent God properly giving out false doctrine for those who are seeking.
I really hate the fact that all that was good is now evil and all that was considered evil or immoral is now good. That is very hard to swallow or understand but I know that these things must come to past.

The hardest aspect of Christian living has got to be trying to live two lives at the same time. The only reason people feel it is difficult to serve God is because they are not truly committed to the cause. The bible says in 1 John 5:3:
For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome.
It is not difficult to serve God.

While false teachers, proselytizing, and so on are on my top 40 list (lol)....What breaks my heart is to meet people whom were led to Christ durring revivals, then, because the churches didn't have anyone trained for anything BUT bringing in the new converts, the new seekers were left without any direction in which to go!
No Church should be allowed to have head hunting revivals unless they have enough people whom can guide the new converts to a level where they CAN be able to walk without help!
Sorry....as I said...this is a sore spot...and many the true seeker gets hurt and is left with thinking that ALL Christians are that way!
Peace :)

There has always been false teaching. I think the fact that we have reached the stage where evil is being called good and good is being called evil; and the law is perverted to it.
The hardest part is watching the spirit of God lift away from the earth and having to see, and increasingly live with, the confusion and insanity that increases daily.

Getting up day after day and facing a world where murder, rape, insanity, hatred, destruction, blasphemy, happen in every corner of the earth every day. It is hard on my senses to see so much evil.
It is not hard to be a Christian. Frankly I don't know how my heart could survive this world if I didn't understand God's word, why things are they way they are and know that, in the end, the kingdom of God will reign forever.

I think the hardest thing for me is something similar to what you find hard for you. It has to do with people who profess to be Christians but who seem to constantly struggle with living a life set apart to the Lord. People who have come out of the world but who can't seem to get the world system out of them. People who always seem to be backsliding and needing help and recommitting themselves to Christ only to fall away again and again.

Evolution is just pure science. The Bible is not focused on science, but on the LORD Jesus Christ, therefore, evoluton is not against the Bible.
I agree w/ the person above, the media/popular culture is so against Christianity, because it promotes immorality (drunkeness, crazy partying, promiscuity, sex, etc.)

In my opinion, the hardest aspect is the large amount of Christians who take Scripture out of context and reshape it to rationalize their behavior.
Good question. God bless.
