don't waste your $ Just eat healty. like a lot of salads. fresh fruit stay off the fast foods pasta and all the sugar, Yo can take a muit, vitamin daily drink lots, really lots of water, squeeze a lemon or line into the water , it is very hrealthy and you get the extra vit c. and good to flush out your kidneys and be sure to exercise on a daily basis, If you are hungry, u can make your OWN shake, use water or non fat milk and blend in berries orpeaches, easy up on the banans. for they have too many carories, eat lot of chicken and vegs and you should lose weight the healthy way. good luck..

the only reason it works, if it does is because that's all your drinking and your not devouring a hamburger instead and it's packed with vitamins it would be easier for you to just eat healthy and exercise..
