On a BLT or crumbled in macaroni salad or crumbled over liver and onions (after the liver is cooked in the bacon grease itself)...the only other way I like bacon is on someone else's plate...not a big fan of bacon...

It depends on what I am doing with the bacon..

some times I like it well done.. very crispy....
at other times I like it just a little raw now if I am cooking it in a recipe it depends on that recipe..

Afraid I am not very picky..

I like the big thick cut kind cooked so that it's chewy and slightly crispy. Mmmmmmm...bacon.

I like turkey bacon more. It has a better taste. I actually like to microwave it, so that it stays soft and chewy. Weird, I know. Then, I like to dip it in maple syrup.

chewy, although I prefer peameal or canadian back style bacon which has a texture more like a smoked ham, and is much leaner than regular bacon
