nighttime herbal tea indicated for temporary relief from stuffy nose and sinus passages. The active ingredient, menthol from peppermint leaf, helps decongest sinus passages and restores freer breathing through the nose. Cold Care P.M.® is formulated to act as a nighttime nasal decongestant based on the traditional use of peppermint leaf to temporarily relieve nasal congestion due to the common cold. The herbs in this blend have a long history of human use stemming from traditional Greco-European herbal medicine.

HOT tea! I would prefer sweet tea too, sweet tea does not help anything, but I think it tastes really great. But to help clear your stuffy nose, make sure it is hot!

Put sliced / julienned ginger (don't dice it) into your cup, and brew hot black tea with it. The natural warmth of the ginger wth the tea will clear your sinus. Also, if you like, add some raw honey to taste.
