I live in chesapeake and I am starting at ODU. I get onto 168 at battlefield blvd and it turns into 464. I was wondering is traffic usually pretty bad in the morning getting into downtown norfolk, using the st pauls exit off of 464 to get to hampton blvd? Or if you know another way to get there that has less traffic, please explain. (Remember brambleton is down to 1 lane). Any Suggestions on what to do? (I would be comming from greenbrier if you have another way)

Well have you seen the highrise bridge area in the mornings, with the massive amount of cronstruction i stay away from 64E as must as possible. Besides I live right by the entrace to 168 (kempsville and greenbrier)

Hey my friend, well you are taking a good route to norfolk, I am wondering why you take 168 to get to 464. If you are coming from greenbriar, why dont you take 64 E towards suffolk and get off right on 464 N to downtown norfolk, now as far as traffic into norfolk, my best suggestion to you is to leave early so that you will have pleanty of time. there really is no easy way into downtown norfolk.
