Not a good idea! trust me. Your body eats all of your fat up (sounds good), but then after that it starts eating up all of your muscle, you get very weak. You start to develop an eating disorder, and when you try to eat it is very hard. It sounds like a good idea because you can lose a lot of weight fast, but it soon grows into a big, bad problem. My cousin also had not eaten for a long time, and she has a lot of health problems now, like she can't hold any alcohol down for some reason. Also, not eating causes many heart problems. People don't realize it, but it causes so much strain on the heart to not eat, that eventually the heart just stops working.

Your body thinks it's starving so your metabolism practically shuts down. It holds on to every little bit of fat in your body. Then, when you finally realize that you're not losing weight like you hoped & you're sick & have no energy to complete the most simple daily tasks and you finally start eating again your metabolism can't keep up. It's running slow & can't process the food properly. So you gain weight at a rapid speed. Some metabolisms never straighten out again & you will be faced the rest of your life with weight problems. You have to EAT to lose weight. You just have to eat the RIGHT things.

you might lose the weight that you want but you will feel like you been sucked dry of all you energy and when you do start eating again you will gain back more then you lost. because your body will go into storing mode thinking that you where staving and fight back when you do eat by storing more fat for the next time you do the same thing. so in the long run you gain more then you lost and it isn't worth it so eat healthy and loss the weight with exercise and diet and you will feel better and keep the weight off the right way

if you dont eat at all. after a few weeks you will most likely die..and if you eat very little you can get an eating dissorder called anorexia... you will start losing tons of weight,your internal organs will start shutting down. you will get fine fur all over your body.. and you will die..
if you stop eating for a while lose a lot of weight..then start eating again.. you will gain all the weight back and then some,because your body hasnt had food for a while so it will store every little bit of fat it can find. just in case you decide to do this again..

You will burn all your fats and start whittling away until you're just skin and bones, you will have almost no energy and you will most likely die.
But if you decide to start eating again after you haven't eaten for a while, you will gain a LOT of weight. That is because your body is so used to burning so little calories that all the calories going into your body would overwork it and all the extra calories would be stored, turned into fat and make your gain weight. And you will probably go into shock mode from the sudden food intake.

OKay eventually you would die, in the mean time your body would live off anything that was stored there and then it would begin to do damage to your organs and bones.

it's called fasting. we all do it at some point. its not too hard, once you learn how to keep yourself busy. you lose major weight! Like, just drink a lot of water if your going to attempt one!
