Enlisted personnel are not Pilots, if that's what you are asking. the Pilots are Officers, and as such require a 4 year degree, preferably with a 3.5 or higher GPA in a tech related major. they must also pass the VERY rigourous screening process, phyiscal, and mental. the training is quite intense, and MANY fail out or ask to be released.
so as far as odds.. very slim chance indeed.

Starting off as an enlisted guy with no college education.... 1 in 1,000,000.
If you want to fly in the navy the very first thing you need to do is get a college degree. Attending a school as part of a Navy ROTC program would be best. You'll need to major in a hard science or something similar. You'll need to be physically qualified and have a very high GPA. This will increase the odds significantly.

There are no "odds", it is not a lottery. You meet all the requirements, you pass all the training, you become a Naval Aviatior.
