at 15 it is easy to be overly conscious of your body. Especially your breasts. Try to understand that you will likely grow some more height wise and grow into them. Be patient, keep eating healthy and give yourself some more time.

it's good that your eating healthy and exercising, but that's not enough. just because your eating less junk and less meat (or no meat) you may not be getting complete nutrients, you need to work on building muscle and loosing fat. i would also sugest doing yoga or polaties, streching is a great way to slowly get a little taller. it's true, you can actually gain height by streching out your back and legs (you have to do it correctly though, hence the yoga thing). definatly work on you pecks and stomach. i'm 5' 2 and weigh 240 lbs. it's true. but i'm ok with it (although i wish i could lose some of the fat). the thing is that muscle weighs more than fat. there are fatter people than me that weigh less than 180 but they have no muscle. i am stong and can lift/carry over 3/4 my body weight (it's all in the knees). so don't feel to bad about your weight! as long as you feel healthy (and are consuming the right nutrients, meaning proteins espesialy, like in nuts or soy) then your weight doesn't matter as much. but definatly keep working out and if you can get a personaly trainer to help you work out the right body parts in the right way. but just keep working on it, it can take a while.

it's good that you are going to the "gym, cutting down on junk food" and all (keep doing that).. but aside from that, i feel in order to get a good diet and maintain a healthy weight, you need to make sure that you eat your meals on a schedule. Eating dinner too late can easily get you fat, because it's right before you sleep. Hope this helps. Good Luck!
