By reading the verse before:
O you who believe! remember Allah, remembering frequently,And glorify Him morning and evening.
Allah wants tell us that By remembering Allah and glorifying Him, Angels will pray for us and He will bring us from the darkness into the light.
There will be some differences between people who remembers Allah and people who doesn't
for example, in life, people who remember Allah will always choose to do everything that Allah loves,
and everything that Allah loves is always loved by human,
but everything that human loves is not always loved by Allah.
People who loved by Allah is always loved by human
that's my faith

The He is the sun. The blessing is the rays of the sun which provide heat and warmth. The praying is the hope that tomorrow comes with more sunlight. The merciful to the believers is the belief that you need to believe in a certain religion otherwise the sun won't rise tomorrow. Which we now know doesn't need to happen for the sun to rise.

I don't believe in anything out side of the natural world . It's just a disguise for the real natural world we are yet to understand . just try living in the light and being merciful yourself only the good cognizant spirits of the present can do the good that is needed.personal responsibility in action is worth all prayers of all the well wishers ever found throughout the history of mankind . A little kindness is the most encouraging prayer ever committed.
peace not war

It says that if you trun from your sins and receive God's Son, Jesus, as your Lord and Savior. God will give you the Holy Ghost, mercy, and eternal salvation.

It means that God sent the "light of the world" His Son Jesus into the world to bring us out of the darkness.
John 8
12 When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life."
Or do you not believe Him? Yet you call Him a prophet of God. Either He is telling the truth or He is a liar. If He's a liar then He cannot be a prophet and your religion is also false.

It seems to be talking ABOUT God, not God speaking to anyone through the passage.
Without context, it's next to impossible to understand it.
Who is speaking?
Who is the subject?
You use Capital "G" in God, but the verse(?) does not appear in the Bible.
Is it God?
Is it Allah? (which would be "god.")
Is it Ilah, Allah, Elahh?
With out context, it is meaningless, and the God of the Bible is anything but meaningless.

Thanks for sharing these verses. It once again tells us that God cares about us and is most oft-forgiving and merciful. God knows best.
