Wellbutrin and other agents that affect brain chemicals, such as Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors & Tricyclic antidepressants (and also some antibiotics) will depress the body's ability to screen out UV rays during sun exposure. Bottom line: you will burn. Stay out of the sun from 10 am to 2 pm. If unavoidable, lather sunscreen 30+ factor on, choose a good brand (there is wide discrepancy between brands and ability to protect) and wear light weight long-sleeved shirt, pants and hat.
