2. To stop the burning sensation, rub them with aloe vera, or a lotion containing aloe...

Soak your hands in MILK every few hours...it will take many soaks to get it all off...and next time, use gloves...you can buy disposable kitchen gloves for this purpose in some of your larger grocery stores in the paper aisle, near plastic wrap...if they don't sell them in your area, try the plastic wrap...the juice from the peppers can make your life miserable for several days, so soak well and often...and avoid putting your hands near your eyes for a few days or you will be cleaning your eyes out with milk as well...and that will burn more than your hands do now...

Not too sure maybe try pouring some white vinegar on your hands (works if you have actually burned your skin).
I do know it is recommended to use latex type gloves before you cut hot peppers (you can just think of that for next time).

Baking soda or dairy products will neutralize the capzaicin (spelling?) which is the oil in the pepper that causes the heat. Try making a paste of baking soda and water, or just dip you hands in a little dish of milk. BUT, don't forget to get it up under your fingernails if there is any chance of you biting your nails...trust me, that stuff sticks around for days!!

After working with peppers, I find that washing my hands with soap and water will help get the capsaicin off of your hands. Also, be sure to take rings off before working with peppers, the chemical gets under them and burns even worse.

i did this once with habaneros :o was awful... it was so bad i thought i would have to go to the hospital. i tried aloe, toothpaste, ice water, milk... finally... i used a 2nd degree burn cream (my friend had on hand) and had to take a sleeping pill to knock myself out it was so bad. if it's really bad that's my greatest suggestion... take something to make you sleep - benadryl... whatever... go to sleep until it wears off - which takes several hours. of course, i now use gloves :)

Wash your hand in cold water with baking soda, repeat if necessary, do not touch your eyes (I do that all the times).
