The FBI should be in the front of your phone book under non -emergency numbers. If not look in white pages under federal not abbreviated to FBI. that's how it is in WI. Or call the cops and ask them for the number. But cops are scared of the FBI and usually not cooperative so if they jerk you around or ask why you need the number hang up and call the state patrol to ask.
