First congratulations and how did you turn 200 into 58,000 at roulette?? Really lucky or do you have a good system.
Second, unfortunately they DO have the right to ban you from the casino. They are a regular business. And like any business, they have they right to refuse service to any customers that they choose. Some casinos in Las Vegas here in the U.S. have facial recognition software. Anyone that they suspect cheating the casino, they will load a picture of their face in their computers. The next time the perps walk into the casino, the cameras and computers will recognize them and sound an alert in the security booth.
Fortunately, there are other casinos out there for you to play at.

A casino is not a public service. It is a private business and they can bar whomever they choose for any or no reason. Provided you can't prove a reason you feel illegal such as race, religion or some other protected status in your country.
However, you won on roulette. It doesn't matter how smart you are at math. The odds of roulette are heavily against you and any casino manager or any pit boss should just realize that you had a lucky day.

Here in the States casinos are allowed to do that on the basis that they are "private clubs" and can allow, or not, anyone they choose. How exactly they can be considered a "private club" when they're open 24 hours a day to the public is beyond me but that's thee claim they make if you complain as they escort you to the door. If they have to call the police to get you to leave, the police will back them up on it too.
As far as I know, nobody has actually taken them to court over this so it may not actually hold up. I assume that the casino you were at would try something similar. You did get your money though, didn't you? That was yours, barred from the casino or not, and they have no right to it. If you didn't walk out with all that cash then you've got a hell of a law suit to hit them with.
Good luck!

I cannot understand why they banned you
1-They should want you to come back
to spend your winnings in the casino
2 -To basically recuperate some of the money back
that you won
and they lost that evening
All i can think of is
the casino must be so fixed
that every game is geared
towards the casinos advantage
and not the punter/customer
so when you won the money
it set the old alarm bells off [hypothetically speaking]
and the only conclusion they could come to
is that you somehow cheated their system
because you shouldnt have won
They cannot prove that you did anything illegal
so the best thing for them is to ban you
in case you come back and do it again
[I'm not suggesting that you did cheat in any way,I'm saying that could be why they banned you, because of their suspicion that you may have cheated]
but what the heck you won 58grand
i guess they can think what they like
with them sort of winnings
who cares what they think anyway
good luck

if you mean 'could you not take legal action against them' I think you could. I know they can ban people for counting cards. Although I'm not 100% clued up on the legalities of it.
In the old days it was mafia owned, but nowadays the manager would have to come up with a damn good reason for barring you. The best thing to do is arrange a meeting with the manager and threaten to take it to press.
if you do that he might start letting you back in if that's what you want. I assume you are implying that you've found a foolproof mathematical system for roulette. If this is so, just go to different casino's in different places and you can pay for all your trips with your winnings. You could be a millionaire in a couple of years if you do it right. I want 20% for giving you this advice.

Yes, sadly they can ban you. Bookies do it too on the best betters. I can't remember the exact figures but it is something like of all gamblers, 7% win 90% of the money. There are the clever few that consistently earn and therefore are bad for bookies so they have toget rid of them!
Roulette doesn't have quite the same skill because ultimately the odds are in the casinos favour but i know it has been done by uni students before! Well done mate.

Yes. The can ban whoever they like for whatever reason, although if you really did make 58k from a £200 stake playing roulette you must have some serious luck.

If you won on roulette the casino would welcome you back with open arms since you cannot give yourself a mathematical edge in roulette under any circumstances. They can ban you for any reason tho... maybe they just don't like you. Most people don't like anything to do with math.

I have to say, your story sounds like a work of fiction. But yes, a casino can ban anyone they like for any reason. It is private property and they can decide who enters, just like a night club.
