I am 25 years old and recently started having back pain...mostly at night. I have already tried the whole pillow between my knees, under my back etc etc etc. Nothing seems to eleviate it.

The pain is mostly across my upper back and more severe on the right side. The pain on the right upper side carrys over to the daytime and is prominent when i sneeze or make moves like that.

At night, the only position that makes me comfortable is to curl up so that my back makes a total curve...like a circle.

Is this regualr back pain? What could I do?

I have no injuries, this just started over the past few months. Hmmm

There are MANY types of back pain...so hard to deem anything regular. I would first go to see your primary care doctor who will rule anything else out. Assuming it is the back you should then ask for a referrel to a good orthopedic MD and get a solid diagnosis on what is causing the pain. Then you can find what you can do to either fix it, ease it, or what medication and/or exercises might help.

But it sounds like it's impacting your life to a degree that you really should address it soon, both for relief and to make sure you aren't aggravating any situation or making it worse. Pain is funny, as I've learned. But the more your body learns it, the harder it is to totally get rid of it. I don't want to scare you, but I do want to strongly recommend you get it diagnosed ASAP. I think that is important and in your long term best interest. Best of luck to you!

I have been using memory foam mattress since it was out in the market and been loving it ever since. I was suffering from a chronic pain in the back every morning I wake up, and when I saw an advertisement about memory foam mattress I never hesitated and bought 1 immediately, well it was first used by NASA so what could go wrong. Nothing did go wrong, after a week of sleeping on it my chronic back pain was gone as expected. It was a very good investment.

It is definitely time to see your family Chiropractor and get a professional evaluation. Best wishes and good luck.
