God burdens not any soul beyond its capacity. It shall have the reward it earns, and it shall get the punishment it incurs.---
"It's saying that God doesn't bring anything in your life that you cannot handle."
Our Lord, do not punish us if we forget or fall into error, and our Lord, lay not on us a responsibility as Thou didst lay upon those before us.
"If You Sin, God does not punish you, he still love u, no matter what, just ask for forgiveness"
That is what that means..so basically he is saying that no matter how hard life get, trust in him and things will get better, He do not put anything on you that you cannot handle, He love you regardless of what you do, and who you are, just trust that he will forgive you for your sins.

Simply put, it's a beautiful verse in which the believer is asking Allah to guide him and to forgive his sins that were unintentional. This is something all believers should say since we all make mistakes, but inshallah, Allah will make us aware of our mistake and guide us. And as it is said, Allah does not burden any soul beyond it's capacity. So Allah knows exactly why a person may have committed a sin by mistake. And he is all gracious, merciful and powerful, and he forgives just as long as the heart of the believer is pure and clean. And Allah knows each persons heart.

This tells us that each individual is responsible to God for his own behavior. The prayer beseaches God to be merciful, and not overly harsh in His judgement, because we are essentially weak and imperfect, making many mistakes. Also, it is asking that God give us the strength to endure, and lift from us any burden we cannot bear. This prayer also recognizes that it is God who is all-powerful, and as we remain His servants, He will come to our aid in the face of unbelievers.

"....help us against the disbelieving people"?????? God is not saying anything in that! This is someone's prayer TO God. But I cannot imagine a merciful and compassionate God helping anyone AGAINST someone else -- especially just because the someone else is classified as disbelieving! Disbelieving HOW? Because they are not of your beliefs?
Remember...when Jesus was on his way to Jerusalem he had to pass through Samaria but the people there would not let him. His own discilpes asked Jesus whether he wanted to call down fire and hail upon them. Jesus sharply rebuked them -- not the disbelievers!

It shows once again how merciful our God is. It explains to us how God would never give us more problems then we can handle, and he is our guardian who loves us and takes care of us more than our mother and father. May God grant us forgiveness and guidance.

i thought it was mostly strait forward.
not really hard to understand or anything.
but i think that falling into error is a different category of sin then willfully sinning, more like making an honest mistake, something you could have avoided if you were stronger.

It tells you what you want to know, literally.
It is saying God will never give you something you can't handle...basically telling you to not give up on life(aka suicide) that time heals all things.
When God is testing your faith in Him, you have to go to Him and ask for His help....only then does He know you have faith.
