I drink about 18 oz a day, or two cups. That's about a gallon a week, which seems like a lot, but each day I don't feel like it's that much. I am a 28-year old female, and I'm 6 feet tall.

It's not bad to drink alot of milk, but just be careful with how much you do. Too much milk can cause breakouts and if you're choosing milk over water, you could be dehydrating yourself.

Milk will make your bones strong, but it won't make you grow taller. Height is a part of your genetics. Certain things like alcohol do stunt growth, but not milk.

My sister used to drink at least 2 gallons a day, and she has had now problems with growth. She has very strong bones though.

By seeing your physical conditions (6 ft tall...), I don't think that u r drinking too much milk because everyone's body needs milk in order to make the body stronger. It is actually nothing bad about drinking too much milk anyways because it is good and trust me, 1 gallon is not a lot. Personally, I used to drink about 3 cups of milk every single day, which is even more that yours and I am perfectly fine....like a healthy person. And I bet that u are a healthy person yourself.
Note: Just remember to keep balance of your other nutrients, like grains and meat. :) (I can tell u r already fit and healthy!!)And I won't say that u should stop drinking milk!! In fact, keep it up along with other nutrients, especially carbohydrates.

If you drink that much, then I'm in trouble. I go through about 2 to 2 and a half gallons a week. I love the stuff. Hope I never go lactose intolerant.

I'm 6'4", 15 years old male. i think i drink more than that amount, depending on the days. (correct me if i'm wrong, but i think females 4 some reason dont need as much s guys and as u get older u need less) i dont think that is 2 much, it sounds about right for what u should be drinking

No that is about the right amount of milk you should drink a week and if you are active then you should probably drink a little more than that.

Milk is supposed t be good for you but it is full of cow blood. They cannot clean it properly in the warehouses it comes from. My husband drinks like 3 gallons a week. I haven't drank it for 8 years.

The Milk is good for you, however the ADDITIVES are bad for your health.

If you drink your milk fresh from the cow, you have nothing to worry about. But many manufactureres of milk include in extra chemicals that does the adult body harm.
