I have read and in my own life this has always been true, that when you dream of your teeth falling out, it means that you feel that you are not in control of a particular situation that is very important to you.
I have never dreamed of spiders.

Teeth are used to chew food so it can be transformed into usable energy for the body. In a dream, food represents knowledge which can be transformed into usable energy for the mind. This dreamer's attention is being drawn, by the largeness of the teeth, to the need to use the knowledge received for enriching the mind. It is difficult to accomplish this when the proper equipment, as symbolized by the teeth, is lacking. If you have this type of dream, begin imagining purposes for your goals. Receive knowledge with an intention to put that knowledge into practice for bettering your Self and your life.
To see a spider in your dream, indicates that you are feeling like an outsider in some situation. Or that you may want to keep your distance and stay away from an alluring and tempting situation. The spider is also symbolic of feminine power. Alternatively, a spider may refer to a powerful force protecting you against your self-destructive behaviour. If you kill a spider, it symbolizes misfortune and general bad luck. To see a spider spinning a web in your dream, signifies that you will be rewarded for your hard work. You will soon find yourself promoted in your job or recognized for your achievement in a difficult task. Spiders are a symbol of creativity due to the intricate webs they spin. On a negative note, spiders may indicate a feeling of being entangled or trapped in a sticky or clingy relationship. It represents some ensnaring and controlling force. You may feel that someone or some situation is sucking the life right out of you. To see a spider climbing up a wall in your dream, denotes that your desires will be soon being realized. To dream that you are bitten by a spider, represents a conflict with your mother or some dominant female figure in your life. The dream may be a metaphor for a devouring mother or the feminine power to possess and entrap.

I am not sure about the spiders, but I DO know that dreams about teeth falling out are VERY common. I have had many like that myself and have heard that they mean that you are having a time where you are very self consious. You may feel that others are talking behind your back or that you don't look your best. I would pray about it and just ask God to give you more confidence in yourself and to come into your dreams. I did this and those dreams of my teeth falling out have subsided. :) As I tell my little girls, sweet dreams and God bless you!

Yeah, losing your teeth represents not being able to cope with issues rationally or with wisdom. Or you are not able to dissect or breakdown issues and see the revelation to an answer. As for the spiders, they represent deceit and lies. But what kind of spiders are significant. If it is a black widow, then it means that someone is lying in wait to trap you in a lie. If it is a turantula, then it means someone will track you down and try to decieve you.

Dreaming of teeth falling out may represent insecurity. These dreams often occur at a time of transition between one phase of life and another. When we lost our milk teeth, we also gradually lost our childhood innocence. Loosing your teeth therefore show that today you have similar feelings of uncertainty and self-consciousness as you did in childhood. The dream could also highlight your worries about getting older or your sexual attractiveness
