Wow, you must not have seen many white people. "White" people originally came from all over Europe. Their hair can be black, brown, blonde, red, and of course gray and white in their later years. Just about any color really. My hair is brown. My older sister's hair is blonde, while the rest of my siblings have brown also (or blonde hair that has darkened as they got older.) My family is of German and Irish ancestry.

No, it's considered a rarity when real, and even within the white community blond hair is considered very rare and on the subject of an even rare(r) color, red, a lot of redheads are considered pale for white standards.
In fact there's a very few European countries that blond and red hair is associated with.

no, I actually have a friend who has brown hair, it all depends on genetics. I mean like one parent could have blonde hair and the other could have brown, but they could be white. So as a result the child will probably have brown hair, but its still white

Yes. Everyone that is white has blonde hair. C'mon Rumplestiltskin, did you just come out of a cave or what?

Are you serious? Only about 16% of all American women are born blonde. Blondes mainly come from the Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, and other northern european nations.

I assume the "WHITE" people you refer to are actually the European nations who have appropriated the Title of "WHITE" for themselves. You are referring to the Recessive Gene Europeans, and yes...if they are truly Recessive They have Blonde to white hair...
....if they have brown, red, black or any dark hair...they are not "WHITE" in the True sense because they are exhibiting dominant characterstics which means they have been x-bred with Moors .
Look at what happened to the Italians.

No. It ranges from shades of brown, red, blond, and black. And of course, grey and white after a while. A good many of them bleach it to look blonde, though.
