I'd share:

God became flesh: His name is called Jesus. He lived a sinless life to qualify to go the Cross for you. HE took upon Himself all your sins on the Cross, shedding His Blood for the forgiveness of your sins. Repent of your sins and believe in your heart that HE was risen from the dead by the Holy Spirit and confess HIM as LORD - and as LORD of your life right now by faith AND you shall be saved. For with the heart if you believe and with your mouth you confess Jesus Christ is LORD you shall be saved. Jesus Christ Himself said: "I am the Way, the Truth and the LIFE, no one comes to GOD the Father but through ME; so therefore Choose LIFE {Jesus) that you may LIVE Eternally forever with Christ Jesus in heaven, or choose death by rejecting Jesus - the FREE Gift of Salvation for you, then you will be eternally separated from GOD, living eternally in the lake of fire.
GOD loves you and His desire is for you to have an eternal relationship with Him.
What will you choose at this moment ?"

You choose Jesus Christ - Praise GOD. May I please Pray with You, that you may Receive Jesus as LORD to be Born Again, for Jesus said: "You MUST be Born Again in order to see AND Enter the Kingdom of GOD." *I will pray along with you alright ?

Abba, Father - we come to you in the name of Jesus - Your Son, confessing that we are imperfect - we are sinners. We repent of all our sins. We believe that Jesus lived a sinless life and died on the Cross and YOU rose Him from the dead by the Holy Spirit. I declare that Jesus Christ is LORD and ask Him to be my Savior and LORD of my life. Jesus is now my LORD and Savior and for all eternity. I know that I am saved by Grace through faith alone, not by my own good works in which I have done throughout my life. It is a gift from YOU GOD. Thank You for loving me so much and cleansing me with the Blood of Jesus Christ. I am in Christ Jesus, and am the righteousness of God in Christ because of Your Grace- Your unconditional Love for me *I Love You Father GOD, LORD Jesus and Holy Spirit and Praise You for your mercy upon me. -In Jesus' Name I pray.

I would tell them what I tell anyone. I would tell them of the plan of Jesus Chrsit to save, heal and deliver from sin. and that is is not too late to turn to Jesus now, and ask Him into their heart, to accept Him, obey Him, and know He is the personal saviour and there is still time to choose Him now. ITs not too late until we do die or Jesus comes again, whichever comes again. since this person is still alive, they can still choose. I would tell them of the saving power of Jesus to forgive and heal and deliver from all sin, and I would pray with them to seek Jesus right there that minute, while there is still time, to let them know that God is so eager to forgive, and I would let that person know that as a child of God, I love them too.
I would tell them this even if they said they didnt want to know the Lord. Sometimes it just hasnt been presented correctly and they have fear and reject the Lord. I would simply love them and let them know of Gods incredible love and pray they changed their mind. We must live the truth and speak the truth as boldly as Jesus did, without fear or compromise. Thats being a follower of Jesus, obeying Him in all things, and desiring to be more like Him every day.

Nothing!

Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

God is just. And If he is a good man, I know God will save him.

I would want them to hear these verses:
Romans 10:9-18
Acts 2:21
Romans 3:23
Romans 6:23
Ephesians 2:8-9

Tell them (after hearing the salvation scriptures it would be up to them to ask Jesus into their life).

I'd give them my witness that God loves them and will welcome them home along with other family members who have previously died. I'd also assure them they will have every opportunity to learn about God and His teachings on the other side. Our Heavenly Father won't give up on any of His children.

With any time left, I'd answer their questions.
