Im 19 and my husband and i just went through my second pregnancy misscarriage. and its been about a month since this last happened. but im so caught up with my college, and family, my husband at work coming home cooking,cleaning and i need something that dosent make you starve.im not fat, im 5'3 very short and i drink lots of water and i just started to excercise every night stretches,crunches,ya know. and now i can even do the split again and im more flexible. please help . thanks

unfortunately it is impossible to only lose fat in one place ( commmonly known as spot reducing).

Essentially to lose weight off your stomach, you need to lose weight all over. Just continue with regular exercise and a healthy diet and you wil be in great shape in no time

read this book, "the abs diet for women" by david zinczenko. rather than being about silly diets its about how and what and when to eat so your body becomes a fat burning machine without drastic calorie cuts. this is good for people who may get pregnant along the way because you need to have a healthy amount of body fat in order ot get and stay pregnant. fad diets won't work in your situation because they will have you cut essential nutrients from your eating habits and maybe even have you cut calories faaaarrrr too much to ever get and stay pregnant. such nutrient deficiencies can cause defects in the fetus as well. the book will also talk about good exercises to do.

The absolute best calorie burner is running. If you've ever noticed runners, there's not a fat one among them. Start out slow ( I suggest some head phones during your run) you have to get yourself conditioned and you don't want to burn yourself out. Not the same route always, change your scenery.But most of all you want endurance running not fast short running. The best time of the day is early morning. You want believe how good you feel during the day. I was in the Army for many years and it's one of their main conditioning tools. Lot's of luck.

The fastest, healthiest safest and cheapest way to lose your belly fat is Power Walking. You must walk fast enouugh to increase your heart and keep it up for at least 15 minutes. Do this three of four times a day and you will have your fit trim body back in one month.

you cannot lose weight in selected areas, you can only lose weight over all. You can try to tone your tummy muscles, to improve your appearance, and you can lose more general weight to decrease some of the fat layer on your tummy, but there is no way to isolate fat loss in just one area. (other than liposuction where the fat is surgically removed) Be aware, that if your total body weight is normal, women are supposed to have an extra "fat pad" on their tummies, it is a survival thing.

do cardio. the most obvious choice is to run, but if ur too busy to do that u can always jump rope and do yoga. also keep on doing the crunches. dont forget to eat right.
